At queerbliss, we are committed to providing you with the best experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve established a clear and customer-friendly refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Refund on Unused and Unopened Products
If you receive a drone or any accessories in their original packaging, unused and unopened, within 14 days after the delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.

Defective Products
If the product you receive is defective or not as described on our website, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund according to your choice.

Refund Conditions:

The product must be in the same condition as when received, including all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice.

The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

Refund Process

Contact Customer Service: Send an email to Email or use our online contact form, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, upon approval, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please indicate this RMA number on the return package.

Return Shipping Fee: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product.

Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund conditions. If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions:

Customized or personalized drones and accessories are non-refundable unless defective.

Used or opened products are non-refundable unless confirmed to be defective.

Refund Limitations:

The refund amount only covers the product purchase price and does not include any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.

If you used a discount or promotional code, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer must bear the return shipping cost, which will depend on the courier company you choose.

If the return is due to our fault, such as damaged or incorrect items, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost caused by this reason.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
