Refund Policies

📄 Refund Policy —

At queerbliss, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund according to the terms below.


1. Right of Free Withdrawal (Return)

Under the terms of the Portuguese legislation in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason.

Conditions:

  • The 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer (or a third party indicated by you) receives the products.

  • Items must be returned:

    • In perfect condition

    • No signs of use

    • With original labels and packaging

  • Intimate products, such as panties, lingerie and shapewear, will only be accepted if they have not been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a return or refund, you must contact us via email apoio@v.pt, indicating:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) to be returned

  • Reason (optional)

  • Photographs (in case of defect or error in shipping)

After analysis, we will send you the instructions for the return.


3. Return Costs

  • The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • In the event of an error in the shipment or defective product, Velara assumes all the costs of the return or exchange.


4. Refund

  • The refund will be made within 14 working days after receipt and verification of the returned items.

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Products with signs of use

  • Customized or custom items

  • Toiletries (such as lingerie and shapewear) that have been opened
